By accessing or using ko.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ko.io provides access to aggregated SEC filing data including institutional holdings (13F), insider trades (Form 4), congressional stock activity, and company financials via REST API, MCP server, and web interface.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Usage

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You agree not to circumvent rate limits, resell data without authorization, or use the API in ways that harm the Service.

5. Data Disclaimer

Data provided through ko.io is sourced from public SEC filings and other public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or timeliness. Data should not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

ko.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
